Important safety information
- Do not use for urinary retention
- Do not apply to broken or inflamed skin or over a recent surgical wound
- Keep the front vents clear; do not block airflow
- Never lift the device straight off the body. Peel slowly downward for removal
- Remove before walking; check fit and skin condition at least every two hours
- Stop use if irritation or any sign of an allergic reaction appears

Does this include the collection system?
No. This listing is catheters only: 30 individually sealed external catheters and the printed Instructions for Use. The collection system, pump, canister and tubing are not included.
Will it work with my PureWick™ system?
It is compatible with PureWick™ systems and other at-home powered (suction) urine collection systems. If you are not sure about your unit, email support@yowelcom.com with the model before you order and we will tell you.
How many are in a box?
30 catheters, each sealed in its own pouch. Follow the change interval given in the Instructions for Use supplied in the box.
Can a catheter be reused?
No. Each catheter is single use. Use one, then discard it. Do not wash or re-use a catheter.
Is it sterile?
No. These are non-sterile products for external use. Individual sealing keeps each catheter clean until you open it, but the product is not a sterile device.
What if it is not right for us?
Email support@yowelcom.com. An unopened box can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Because these are single-use hygiene items, an opened box can only be returned if the product is defective, damaged on arrival, or the wrong item was sent.
Is the packaging discreet?
Yes. Orders ship in plain, unmarked boxes from our United States warehouse in La Mirada, California. Nothing on the outside of the parcel identifies the contents.
